Dissatisfied client

The service is ridiculously poor , the customer service consultants are ***********.

My medication was not delivered, a week later I had to be the one to call in and enquire and they said they had a problem with their couriers , but nothing was done to ensure medication was delivered to their clients .

I called in and a consultant by the name of Ntombi said she would put in an urgent request for my medication to be delivered which was not done , I had to call in again the service received was extremely poor .
