Disregard for peoples lives

If I could, I'd give this pharmacy 0 stars. The negligence and disregard for customers that this pharmacy displays is beyond horrific. If you are on chronic medication, DO NOT use pharmacy direct because your medication will arrive late and the script incomplete. Pharmacy direct has no regard for peoples lives. My father with a chronic condition has been waiting for his meds for a week! A week! For someone with a chronic condition this is a matter of life and death. The pharmacists, Ane de Koke and her assistant Charne are ****s and and they will get their colleagues to lie for them too. No one calls back when you leave a message and everyone covers up for each others INCOMPETANCE.

This pharmacy is a terrible reflection on Bonitas medical aid which is their preferred pharmacy! Absolutely useless!
