Dishonesty by Pharmacy Direct

I have been very unhappy with Pharmacy Direct for a long time now. These guys claim medication from the medical aid but sit with it for days before they decide to deliver, forcing me to sit without medication for days on end. The claimed my medication on 20/10/2021 and when I called them today (25/10/2021) they tell me to wait further 48hours. In the meantime I can't get medication from the pharmacy unless I pay cash.
