Disgusting service

I honestly have no words for the service, delivery or care from this pharmacy service. You guys are a joke. You dealing with people’s lives and mental health and lack any sense of urgency. You know I need meds on a 28 cycle, yet I sit without my meds. I contact someone on your WhatsApp chat and that was beyond useless, I don’t know how you hire someone like that. Then call and speak to someone who says nothing to help but tells me the best they can do is deliver on Monday. Are you actually kidding me? Please. Do some research on what missing certain pills does to someone and try understand how severely important it is that they are taken correctly and timely. It’s also funny to note that whilst waiting for someone to take my call, your automated system tells me how you strive for timely delivery etc. This is only my second month with you and I can assure you, it will be my last. Disgusting service, rude agents and just overall pathetic.
