Disgusting Service

Disgusting lack of service. Forced to use them or pay ridiculous levies if we use other pharmacies. Chronic medication promised to be delivered at the start of each month, this month no medication arrived, when main member phoned to enquire he was given the run around. It actually had not been loaded or scheduled for delivery. Then he was promised it would be delivered yesterday 6th June, it was not delivered. Followed up today and told it's with the courier - no indication of when it's going to be delivered. These are CHRONIC MEDICATIONS - there should be no break in taking them!
