Disgusting poor quality company

What is wrong with this company the number of complaints against this company is beyond shocking! its disgusting really. I submitted my script for my asthma medication on Monday the 11th November, on Wednesday the 13th November i received a sms saying that my medication will be delivered in 1 working day (I assume that would be Thursday the 14th November). I called through on Monday the 18th November cos it is now the 3rd working day and no sign of delivery. The told me guarantee they will deliver this same day or first thing the next day which was Tuesday the 19th November! Today is the 20th November when i called through i spoke to Annikie and she said they delivered already on Friday the 15th November :-( the delivery address is at work, and no one has received any delivery even on my behalf........so i asked her to send me proof of signage for the receipt of the delivery, that's when she tells me oh she is going to call me back. She calls me back only to tell me oh they will deliver today.

IF I DIE FROM AN ASTHMA ATTACK DUE TO NOT RECEIVING MY MEDICATION TO PREVENT AN ASTHMA ATTACK I WILL BE SUING THIS ****ING COMPANY ............ I FEEL SORRY FOR THESE OTHER PATIENTS BUT I WILL NOT BE LETTING THIS SLIDE I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY TAKES ACTIONS AGAINST YOU PEOPLE..........you deal with patients who use CHRONIC medication NOT cough mixtures and panados :-( these medication is for life threatening conditions...........

THIS IS UNNECEPTABLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE AND LIES OF STAFF AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE
