Disappointed and livid

I am extremely livid with Pharmacy Direct again, to date no meds have been delivered to my home address yet it was said to be urgent. I am considering changing to another pharmacy as you are anything but reliable, actually pathetic::(:(:(

I hate following up with things that I have paid for, so if my meds are not delivered ASAP, I’m cancelling this whole nonsense. You are so useless to the core!!

I can’t live like this, you don’t care anything about people’s lives. You should consider closing your business completely and let people who know customer service do this. I have defaulted for 2 days not on my doing but because of lack of urgency on your part since 15th July.
