Disappointed

where do i even start with this company the i was off my medication for two weeks i had to go buy at the pharmacy at that moment the claim from the medical aid, it took a trip to their head office by my hubby to go and ask for answers for me to get my medication,then you ask yourself what about the other who cannot take leave from work to confront them and trace their medication.this why people refuse chronic treatment and others leave the programs. but i would like to thank the Manager for stepping up but please guys it peoples lives at stake here.
