Delivery problems
I am a member of Bonitas and I am forced to get my chronic medication from Pharmacy Direct. I have had prblems with medication delivery almost every month. In Oct my meds were to be delivered by around the 5TH. I only received it on the 24th. The reason given for the delay was that there was no one at home to receive the meds. Absolute *******. The drive kept on going to the wrong house to deliver. Whey has it taken some 20 days to resolve.
