Delivery of Medication after Terminating Services

After many, many emails and phonecalls, myself and my husband, told Pharmacy Direct that we are terminating our medication from this ******* company. We had to send out emails and make phone calls two weeks prior to delivery to make sure we get our chronic medication on time. And guess what? To no avail. Pharmacy Direct has tried to deliver our medication two times after we told them about termination of their horrible services. We turned the delivery driver away and did not accepted ANY medication. I have sent an email to Annate Snyman, who had a horrible attitude problem and immediately I received an out of office email that she has resigned. Good riddance.

So yesterday my husband received an sms which reads as follows: “ PHARMACY DIRECT-Please contact us on 086 re delivery of your medication URGENTLY!”

Now that they are on the other end of frustration, it is an urgent issue. Pharmacy Direct; please explain why it’s urgent on your side while none of your customers are ever a priority?

What don’t you people not understand about “we have terminated your poor services?” We don’t want to receive any medication from you. We don’t want a manager to solve this. We are OUT! Go look at the pages and pages of bad reviews you have on Hello Peter. It’s a fkn disgrace. Excuse my French, but we are beyond fedup with you. We don’t owe you anything for medication not recieved. Our last bill was paid in full.

Now I ask of you to leave us alone. You have caused enough stress for the last three years.
