Deliveries never on tine or when promised

I have had a issue with Pharmacy Direct for 2 months straight where some of my medication was not delivered on time,(still haven't recieved ot to date) and since this is part of my chronic medication I have suffered for 2 months now with servere simptoms which is surpose to be treated by the medication I haven't received. There should really be looked into to avoid late or no deliveries, and if there is a stock issue for instance the patients should be informed instead of just assuming tjat the medication will be sent when the pharmacy receives it. If this was medication that my life depended on I would have been dead.I hope no one else has suffered as much as I have this past 2 months.I am highly considering to take my business else where.(Sad face)
