Delay in delivery of chronic medication with no proper explanation

In the past months Pharmacy Direct (PD) has been late in delivering my daughters chronic medication. When I call them, they don't have an explanation for why the medication is late and that results in one of her medication running out. One agent told me that they don't have control of when the courier delivers medication. So basically they care that a persons life is being put at risk. At the beginning of the year they wanted me to pay a levy for her liquid medication. I had to call my medical aid as they are the ones who require us to use PD and it turned out that I don't have to pay a levy as that medication was authorized by the medical aid. In September 2021 when I sent them the new script, I called them after 3 days to check if the script had been sent to the pharmacy for delivery. Only to find out that the script had not been sent. I had to drive to Centurion to go collect the medication as I couldn't risk waiting for them to deliver the medication because they told me they didn't know when the medication would be delivered. I gave them the script from the Dr when I went to collect the meds at the end of September 2021. On 4th of October 2021 my husband called PD to find out when the next dose of meds will be delivered because the meds we went to collect was almost finished and they only gave us enough meds for one month. Again they told us they couldn't give us a date of when the meds would be delivered. What was funny was that they had already claimed from the medical aid for medication that we hadn't received yet. On the 5th I call PD again and the agent tried to assist me with getting the meds delivered that same day, but she later called me back to tell me that one of the meds were out of stock and that was the medication that my daughter needed as she was out of that medication. The agent from PD organized with my medical aid to authorize that we go get the medication from any local pharmacy because PD was not sure when they would get stock of the medication that we needed. The medical aid authorized the request, when we went to Dischem they told us that they would need the original script from the Dr and we only had the scanned copy of the script because we gave PD the original script when we went to collect medication at the end of September 2021. I then called PD on 8 November 2021 in the morning to inform them the agent said she would get one of the pharmacist to call me back, around 16h00 the same day I called PD again to find out what was happening because nobody had called me back. The agent again told me that a pharmacist would call me back. It's November 9, 2021 at 8:24 am still no call back. My daughter has run out of her liquid medication and she needs to take all of her prescribed chronic medication.

Urgently need help with getting my daughters medication. I don't know what to do anymore. PD needs to take the lives of the people they serve seriously. A life is at stake here.
