Continuing poor service delivery
Dear Miss HM NKONDO, Your medication from Pharmacy Direct will be delivered by a Pharmacy Direct driver within 24-48 hours. PD97E26FA004 . This message was sent on the 10th of December 2021. I'm still waiting so I guess it's acceptable practice to not meet service standards and that's the experience I keep having with your company. No sense of urgency especially that you are dealing with medication!!!

14 Dec 2021, 17:27I got a call from a Manager and she promised to call back and I'm still waiting for her call and the medication . The only thing that's keeping me as customer is because you are a business partner with my medical aid Bonitas and it's unfortunate.
