Constant Late Delivery

<p>Our medical aid prefers that we make use of Pharmacy Direct, in December I switched from my local pharmacy to Pharmacy direct.</p> <p>Since then I have never received my chronic medication on time, now I wonder who will be liable if somthing happens to me because I am not taking my chronic medication on time? Will Pharmacy direct pay my hospital fees or my policies?</p> <p>And in January I did inform them via email, I have proof, now again in February its late, and nevermind that my husbands chronic medication wasn't even delivered. This will be day 3 without his medication.</p> <p>And when you try to call in no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can anyone just help??????</p>
