Complete lack of service

My daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy in February this year and was prescribed tablets. Through the medical I am on, we have to obtain the medication through Pharmacy Direct. The service from them is absolutely shocking. Last month, I had to phone 5 days in a row to confirm when the medication will be delivered and firstly found out that they had only picked up one of the scripts on the e-mail I sent. If I had not contacted them, the second script would not have been delivered. Upon delivery they only delivered 1 of the medications. After having to phone back again they finally had the second medication delivered. The manager Ari contacted me and advised that going forward the medication would be delivered around the 10th of every month. Today is the 16th and still no medication. Yesterday morning at 9:30, I contact Larisha to confirm what was happening with the delivery, she confirmed it would delivered the same day. No medication was delivered, which is no surprise. I am at my wits end as they are playing with my daughters life as she needs her medication. I tried to speak to senior management but none of them are available or in the office. Pathetic Service!!
