Complaint on Pharmacy Direct

Pharmacy Direct sent me to the laywers BREDELL FERREIRA to collect money from me instead of sorting it out with the medical aid but instead they sent me to the lawyers I had to pay R2094. 38 Last week I received a call from Portia from pharmacy direct and asked me to send proof of payment ID and I also attached the laywers letter asking for payment and one that states that I have paid them in full. Portia did sent the information to finance and said it will be sorted out and I will get the money back. Today I called them again to find out what is happening instead I only found that I won't be getting my money.. How come cause I first spoke to Linda and she wasn't much help and I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager. Christina says that they are waiting for the lawyers to send them the payment. But how when one I should be getting my money back.. It should have been in my account already but it is not. I haven't been refunded and I have to keep calling every two days and the matter is still not solved. Please pay me my R2094. 38 it might not mean much to you but to me it makes a difference MEMBERSHIP NO. ***
