I have been trying to get hold of the pharmacy regarding chronic medication since 7am and my emails just get ignored and when i finally got hold of them on the landline the gentlemen put the phone down while i was talking to him. My sons insilin was delivered with the icepack defrosted and now the insilin is not working and can not get hold of the pharmacy
