Client Service non existent

<p>Pharmacy Direct claimed for medication but did not deliver.Last week I was advised that it will be delivered today but I presume today has not arrived for them. Promises were made to deliver yet when I phoned today the medication was not delivered and awaiting dleivery</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a chronic patient and my medication has run out and there is no indication of when the medication will be delivered. I cannot fulfill the script elsewhere as pharmact Directs claim was already processed. A callback promise was made but no one called to advise when medication will be sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ironically they have processed another claim for medication although the first lot is still outstanding. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how service providers operate?</p>
