Chronic Script not delivered.
The service that they deliver is pathetic. My dad has run out of chronic medication that he need A to take daily. When I called to find out when his medication will be delivered, I was told that due to the public holidays they are behind schedule. No solution offered or e english the courtesy of a phone call from the manager. I was promised that she would call but she was on lunch for over an hour and has a load of queries to attend too. That says a lot about the service.

Pharmacy Direct confirms that a Fund Account Manager has contacted you to assist with your complaint . The following feedback can be provided.
As per your fathers dispensing history we can confirm that his treatment supply should be sufficient up to Thursday 10 May , we will however me making the special delivery arrangements for medication to be delivered urgently.
