Chronic Meds Short Supply

I have recently joined Bonitas Med aid and Pharmacy Direct is their preferred chronic meds Dispensary. I have been going back and forth between the med aid and pharmacy direct for Evorel patch which pharmacy direct states is out of stock. Today when i ask for a letter stating stock shortage i get a letter dated May 24 stating all strengths are available. But they dont have it. I need to get it elsewhere and Bonitas needs to cover it in full ..Im getting no joy on both sides
