Chronic medication support

Every few months they keep sending my medication incorrect and then I have to throw my toys out of the cot before they send it correct again for 3months and then they start again with sending my medication incorrectly. And there is always 10 different stories as to why they keep doing ot every few months It is all on one script. Everything that needs to be paid cash is always paid on time. I expected better service from them regarding my chronic medication.
