Chronic medication still not delivered

My mother's script was submitted on 6 December 2017 and I was told to wait 5 - 7 working days for processing. Today is day 12 and my mother is still without her meds! I call every day to find out what's going on and I'm told to expect delivery on the next day - it's been a week of tomorrow's but still nothing. This is not acceptable and really frustrating
