chronic medication not delivered for two weeks

Good day, my name is Bontle Maphila I need tolay a complain about Bonitas / pharmacy direct, i was made joined this medical aid while I was on maternity leave, without my agreement i have been asking this people to deliver my chronic medication and it's been two weeks now that i have not taken my medication, Iam not happy and feel that these people are compromising my life Iam defaulting my meds because of them , this is my life we talking about , ive called them every day but nothing has happened they not even calling me back.
