Chronic Medication is late

<p>We've given in a script 2 weeks ago, and we're told it takes 5 to 7 working days for the first delivery.<br />We've been calling them for the last week every single day and all we're getting is promises that it will be solved soon. We can't get this medication anywhere else, and the level of service in non-existant.<br /><br />If we want any sort of update, we have to phone them. There is no communication from the company to it's clients.</p>
