Can't understand what chronic medication is!

I do not think these people understand the principal of chronic medication. You get a 30 day supply! If you do not have your meds, you can suffer due to this. Now it is a weekend and no one has the brains to be able to deliver over a weekend. Huw f&^ing ridicules! I had to go and buy meds due to this fact, can I claim that back form you!
