Cant get my chronic meds!!!!!!!!!

*** is wrong with these people? I need my chronic and they have been promising to deliver for five days. If I end up in hospital I will make sure you pay each and every cent!!!!! This is unbelievable!!! I am on my last day today and these people over promise and deliver nothing. Thanks for messing me up you unprofessional idiots

The Fund Account manager has been in contact with you and feedback has been provided.

Kindly note that Pharmacy Direct have a service level agreement of 5-7 working days for processing of a new application/prescription. Your medication has been dispatched 15/10/2019 and delivery will take place today.
