Can't get it right!

<p>Not all my son's chronic medication for October has arrived. Despite my co-payment being fully paid up, plus three phone calls to remind them, a number of items are still outstanding. Our hands are tied because Bonitas insists we obtain the chronic medication from Pharmacy Direct. What absolutely poor service! They just can't seem to get it right.</p>
