BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY ON EVERY LEVEL

I am absolutely disgusted in the chronic finance department and with Pharmacy Direct as a whole!! I have ongoing monthly issues and today was the final cherry on top! A family member contacted Pharmacy Direct to get my monthly statements, Pharmacy Direct sent through all my statements, the employee that was dealing with this family member never even noticed that the email address that was on the system was completely different to what was on record. I received a message to say the statements had been sent as per my request. I’m beyond livid that my personal information was given out!! This company is beyond useless and have no respect for people’s confidentiality. They are totally in breach of the Popi Act. I would like to go lawyer about this. Bonitas forces us to use this company which are not professional and most of the time it’s a huge stress for meds to arrive on time!!
