Bonitas/ Pharmacy Direct horror

For the past two months I have been struggling with Pharmacy Direct recommend by Bonitas to deliver my mom's chronic medication. Last month I had to go and buy it else where because the delivery never arrived and had to pay 50% co-payment. Again this month after several call we are still waiting when I was told on Monday that the medication has been dispatched. This is the 4th day with her medication and keep getting the same story when I call. Surely this can't be legal
