bonitas needs to change the system.

i have been waiting 3 days for the delivery of my daughters chronic medication. despite emails and phoning there is no response or feed back. it is quite clear that they are incapable of fulfilling their mandate to the bonitas members who are compelled to utilize their services under threat of co-payments. the service is disgraceful.
