Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct don't care.

Hi . Pharmacy Direct is one of the worst delivery people. They lie and make false promises regarding delivering medication. Its on a monthly basis that i have to call and complain about their delivery and incorrect invoices. They double charge for co- payment charges . Their driver says ibe thing whilst the company says another. I have now taped all conversations. I have spoken to Bonitas but they can't be bothered. No joy. Iam a pensioner and can't afford to call them so often. Kindly help.
