Bonitas and Pharmacy direct are useless don't join them

Yet again pathetic service from Pharmacy direct and bonitas,I am so glad that my medical aid will be canceled end of thus year so looking forward to not dealing with pharmacy direct and Bonitas2 of the worst companies ever to deal with.So yet again I am waiting for my chronic meds to be delivered to me,I called in to change my address as well with bonitas and the agent refused to update this with pharmacy direct as well,then I call pharmacy direct their agent is more worried that her system shows postal code as Salt rock eventhought I gave her the name of the estate where I live and told her I am reading the postal code from my levy statement received from the estate so this is the postal code but in any event the courier company will know the eststste as it is very big and very well known,she then transfers me to speak to a manager and cuts the call,I call bonitas and put on hold for 10 mins then put through to pharmacy direct and I go over the same thing again,please don't join Bonitas you will regret it!if I don't get my meds I will take legal action against bonitas and their useless counterpart pharmacy direct.
