Bad service that killed my unborn child

I orderd Clexan on friday 3rd july which my medical aid had already approved and stayed that the meds are urgent as i have a problem of clotting whilst pregnant. I had an agreement with Chiedza that i have enough Clexan to last me till wednesday and she agreed that if i sent doctors prescription by monday 6th July 2015 she will make sure i get delivery by wednesday 8th July.. Sent her an email friday 10th July that i received my meds and she didnt bother to respond to the mail and i only received my medication on the monday 13 July which was too late cause tuesday 14th july morning i started bleeding which led to a miscarriage because of your lack of service and negligence i have now lost my baby and has left me emotionally destroyed!
