Bad Service risking life of patients

Im receiving my chronic medication with pharmacy direct and since I received an sms on the 7 May informing me that my medication was dispatched and to date i haven't received it.this has put my life at risk as i ran out of tablets and im defaulting. I am afraid i will die waiting for them as i don't know when will they deliver.i have been calling making follow ups with no luck.
