Bad service delivery from Pharmacy Direct

If it wasn't for my medical aids rule that members must obtain chronic meds from Pharmacy Direct,(PD), I would have contracted another supplier years ago. Some time ago my chronic meds, (High Blood; Cholesterol; and Insulin) did not arrive. After phonecalls and emails, I had no luck in making contact with them. I, out of desperation contacted Bonitas, which in turn eventually got hold of PD, and I recieved my meds one week later. NO insulin for a week! Just recently, I was short delivered meds, and I emailed Fatima at PD, on the 31/3/23, asking her to query shortfall, and to date no aknowledgement, or reply from PD. I find their lack of interest re, patients, deplorable, to say the least. I must add, in all fairness, Fatima has been a absolute star in previous queries. Although I asked, Idid not get a satisfactory, answer on why my ,and wifes, meds were delivered a week late. Gus Bernhardt, Riebeeckstad .
