Bad Service delivery

I am receiving my medication from them for the last 8 years plus. Never a pro lem. Now all of a sudden i do not know for some reason receive my medication. When i phone they say they need a new prescription. In the past they send me a sms requesting that. Not anymore. I did not receive my medication again for July. Again no sms so i do not no for what reason. My adress the same,i am still with Pomed for 30 plus years!!! Very,very frustrated not receiving medication that is for urgent use. Heart medication,heart rythm medication all life threating medication i had to use!! Warfarin!!! I am sick and tired of this and will report this to my medical aid first thing on Monday morning!!!
