Bad service and non delivery of paid products.

I ordered two Libre Freestyle sensors on 9 March and paid for them to be delivered with my next chronic medication delivery which was today. Nothing arrived. My sensor expires in two days. I find the service very disappointing. Order no is PDC***7.

I am actually impressed. They phoned me within an hour of the complaint and promised to deliver the next day and they did. PLUS they delivered an extra free sensor worth over R1,000. Trust restored. Thank you Pharmacy Direct.
