Bad service

This is the second time I have to reach out to Hellopeter for the same company. I gave them a second chance and had some good service, but had the exact same issue happen where they took my payment and my order shows as pending. I reached out and spoke to multiple people where I kept being told they will contact me (never happened).I eventually got someone to assist and they asked for proof of payment which was supp**** and they have since gone silent and stopped replying to my queries. It is now almost 2 months and I am frustrated because it was a lot of money spent for important medical needs which I cannot afford now and my health is definitely been affected because of this.
