Bad service

I have been with pharmacy direct for more then five years and for the past year i have really been struggling with them there whats app group takes to long to reply on my messages and if i call then directly i cant even talk to the pharmacist directly and it takes to long to get feedback regarding my query and my wife's chronical medication is always late i always have to call and ask them when is it coming and i cant stop my membership with them and use a local pharmacy because then i will have a large co payment.
