Bad service

My daughter is a chronic patient and has been since she was born. Every month we have issues dealing with Pharmacy Direct. It's either the co payment amount we were given was incorrect or meds are delayed I have complained on numerous occasions to Pharmacy Direct as well as the medical aid but unfortunately if I want my daughter covered I have to put up with this pathetic service. I'm not in a position to change medical aids as my daughters condition isn't to be taken lightly.

I just want to say being in such an important business your service is pathetic
