bad service

<p>on the 3rd of May 2017 my medical aid was billed for my chronic medicine but the medicine is not delivered yet. I phoned this morning very early and left two messages for Lerisha to contact me then I send a email to them but until now Lerisha did not return my call. I have no medicine as from Friday 12 may 2017 and that is my reason for enquiring about the delivery to find out is there will be a delivery since normaly I received my medicine 2 days in advance . this just mean if the medicine is not on the courier service today it will not be delivered tommorow and I will be without medicine on Friday morning since I use medicine early in the morning and at night this is not the first time that I experience problems with my medicine delivery.</p>
