Bad service
I'm very frustrated with the service at Pharmacy Direct. They work as if they are doing us a favor while we are paying clients.They don't deliver medication on time with no valid reason. All they provide is defensive answers. I just wonder if someone get severely sick due to medication relapse will they take accountability since is not the patient' fault???

09 Sept 2020, 10:39They finally delivered the medication for 2 months but no one is willing to give me a reason for not dispatching the medication on time. There is no accountability .
