Bad/ ****pie service
I sent a prescription to pharmacy direct about a month a go for my baby's formula after the medical aid told me that I can't get the formula from any other pharmacy accept through them as they are the only designated service provider. About a week ago I sent an email to follow up. But no one has gotten back to to inform me what is going on. Yesterday I got my medication but I didn't get any formula at all.
