bad dispensing of chronic medication on regular basic
<p>I'm alredy 3 years on Bonitas medical aid and they prefer that I'm using Pharmacy direct for dispensing my chronic medication. But every month I have to phone the manager of pharmacy direct regarding the delivery of my medication. My medical aid will pay pharmacy direct en then the long wait and fights with the manager begins. When I'm lucky, I received my medication after 2 weeks. I lost hope and all my trust in this company. I don't even want to pay them my co-payment. I wish there was another option of pharmacy that Bonitas could give me to use because after 3 years and the same story all over again every month, I had it now!</p>
I'm not going to pay my co-payment before i'm getting proper service. Pharmacy direct alredy claim my medication on 18/4/17 and my medical aid already paid them. They promise me for 2 weeks that they going to deliver my medication but till today 3/5/17 I have nothing received! Two weeks later and nothing yet!!!!

They just deliver my medication but in the delivery was wrong medication as well that belongs to a patient L. Govender (pdc ********** ) Dr. A. Amod. Now they want to **** me with the wrong medication as well!!!!!!
