Bad customer service
I'm on insulin which is normally couriered over Nighy coz it has to stay cool. According to pharmacy direct call center, the meds were sent out on 25 April. Today is 28 April and still I have no insulin. I'm running out. I haven't taken my cholesterol meds for a week now coz of the delay. Why can't pharmacy direct follow up with the couriers instead of speculating and telling me what nothing. Am I expected to call your couriers which I have no dealings with? I need my insulin today
