Bad communication with care at pharmacy direct and this is not the first time/

I an hard of hearing and emailing care at pharmacy direct is a waist of time as i have ask them already and nothing happens. Apparent i owed them 80 rand that is why they havent sent my insulin. i have paid it and now i keep asking for my insulin and all i get is silence from care of pharmacy direct. the month is nearly over and i need the medicine
