Awesome customer service

After very unfriendly service at Clicks, Bergbron and waiting whilst people arriving after me was attended to I left and went to Waterval Pharmacy, Shop 2, Newlands Shopping Centre, Greymont (opposite Shoprite). I walked in and was greeted by everybody behind the counter. I encountered about the efficacy of flu capsules that a friend recommended, paid, left and was greeted by the staff again. Heartwarming to know that there are still businesses who truly value their customers. I will in future always go to Waterval Pharmacy even if they are a bit of a distance away form my house.The friendly, efficient service made the trip worth the while. Thank you. Ben
