Avoid if your medical aid allows for it.

Disastrous. Getting Chronic Medication through them is a nightmare. The couriers delivering the meds are great, but their dispensing office does not know what they are doing: medications left out of package to be delivered, medications claimed from wrong savings portions, deliveries not being processed without any communication before hand. There has not been two consecutive months where there wasn't a problem. Unfortunately certain medical aids only work through them, unless you are willing to pay a very very very high co-payment, which makes switching difficult. Avoid them if possible.
