Atrocious service

I called to remind the pharmacy 2 weeks in advance to deliver my medication because I know they have an efficacy problem. To my surprise they still managed to deliver the meds late after a fight.

What gets to me the most is the dishonesty after I begged the agent to be honest if they can’t deliver I’ll gladly pick it up.

I also don’t understand why do they have an online system where you pay but you still have to call and remind them about your payment and order??
