Atrocious Service

They don't even deserve the 1 star. Their service is atrocious! I've used them on 2 separate occasions in the past & have cancelled with them then for the very reason I've cancelled with them now..... POOR SERVICE!!!! Disgusting in fact, especially for a company who are dealing with ppl's health and lives. I was contacted by a consultant in Dec 2020, who ensured me that I would receive my meds on time every month. My meds were processed on the 4th of Jan & only delivered on the 18th of Jan, ONLY BECAUSE I contacted them (more than once) to rush them up. All my meds are chronic & must be taken every day. I have never received my meds on time from them. I am always having to go days with no meds. Every month I have to phone to find out when to expect delivery & just like today, it hasn't even left the depo yet despite claiming for the meds 2 days ago already! They have a "I don't care" attitude when you call them & tell them you're without meds. All they say is "I'll send an email to the pharmacy to let them know it's urgent". I mean ***!! I will NEVER use them again. My advice to any of you on chronic medication & are having the same problem.... Get from your local pharmacy, Dischem or Clicks. This is your health they are playing with.
